Notes regarding email advisement

Please note that not all topics are suitable for discussion via email. Requests or questions that require in-depth research or very lengthy replies are better suited for an in-office or telephone appointment. Additionally, we cannot discuss confidential information via email (examples: your GPA or academic standing), except in the most general terms.

Be sure to always consult the most current catalog (newer editions are available online at http://www.gsu.edu/es/office_of_the_registrar.html) for general university regulations and for course prerequisites, and consult your specific catalog edition for degree requirements.

Attention applicants and prospective students:

We cannot address transfer credit inquiries for individuals who are not yet accepted to GSU. Our transfer evaluations are done on a course-by-course basis for each student. Therefore, it is not possible for us to determine which of your courses will be transferable prior to your acceptance.
