Contact Jane Cordray-Brandon, PMBA Career Advisor Your first step is to contact Jane Cordray-Brandon, who serves as the PMBA Career Advisor, via email at jcordraybrandon@gsu.edu or call 404-413-7159. Jane will assess your needs and provide you with the information you need to complete the pre-requisites for Individual Career Coaching to begin. Once you complete step 2, you will be matched with a career coach based on your area of interest and expertise. Your career coach will contact you directly to schedule your first session.
Complete Pre-requisites for Individual Career Coaching The pre-requisites include developing a current resume, completing the CareerLeader self assessment, creating a profile and uploading your resume to Robinson MBA Focus.
- Register in Robinson MBA Focus and Robinson Career Connection
Robinson Career Connection and MBA Focus are password-protected resources providing gateways to all job postings, internships and campus recruiting opportunities. Robinson Career Connection (RCC) is our portal that is used for undergraduate and graduate job postings, internships, campus recruiting and registration for CMC events. MBA Focus is a portal for graduate students to submit resumes for national job postings and internships. Resumes can be viewed by numerous Fortune 500 companies.

- CareerLeader This self-assessment tool was created at the Harvard Business School and is specifically designed for graduate business students. It is used by over 260 universities and companies worldwide. CareerLeader can be accessed via Robinson MBA Focus. Individual Career Coaching One of the most important aspects of the career planning process is having access to one-on-one career coaching. Whether you are planning to change employers, careers, or pursue a promotion in your current organization, individual career coaching can make all the difference. In order to provide you with the personal attention necessary to help you fully leverage your PMBA experience, The Career Management Center has partnered with C Robinson and Associates to provide you access to experienced career coaches with expertise in a wide range of industries and fields.
We are providing you with access to three hours of career coaching at no cost. Your career coach will contact you directly to schedule your first session. Additionally, if you decide you need additional coaching sessions before starting your job search, you can purchase additional sessions at a discounted rate.
