BIO- Mark Schweitzer is an economist in the Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. His area of research specialty is labor economics. He has researched a variety of issues, including minimum wages, labor productivity, and wage rigidities.

Mr. Schweitzer has been with the Bank since 1992, except for the two years he spent working in London at the Bank of England, the central bank for the United Kingdom. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Chicago. He obtained his M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Mark Woodworth

BIO- Mr. Woodworth is an Executive Vice President of Hospitality Asset Advisors International, Inc., ("HAAI") the parent company of The Hospitality Research Group and PKF Consulting. Mr. Woodworth has over 25 years of hospitality industry experience in both a consulting and hands-on operational capacity. Mr. Woodworth is responsible for the firm's hospitality consulting in the south as well as the firm's Hospitality Research Group, is based in the Atlanta office.

Before joining HAAI, Mr. Woodworth was a Partner and Chairman of the Hospitality Industry Consulting practice for Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P., and specialized in the lodging industry. Prior to that, he was a Senior Principal with Laventhol & Horwath where he focused on the hospitality industry and was responsible for all lodging and real estate consulting services in the southeastern United States. Mr. Woodworth has been qualified as an expert and has testified in litigation and/or bankruptcy matters in New York, Georgia, Alabama and Texas regarding hospitality properties.

Mr. Woodworth has been quoted on hospitality issues in such noted publications as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, Barron's, USA Today, and various industry publications.

Mr. Woodworth holds both a B.S. and Master's Degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. He also served on the faculty of the Center for Professional Development at Cornell for 12 years.
