March 1	Atlanta Executive Breakfast Forum to present findings of the new Southeast Survey of CEOs on Business Ethics.  "Ethics, Leadership and The CEO" features a discussion with a panel of CEOs.
March 23	Keynote speech by Dr. John Knapp at Brenau University's 2005 Convocation.
March 29	Luncheon featuring former U.S. Senator and Georgia Governor Zell Miller.

April 7	"The Trust Factor: Leading in an Age of Cynicism," annual "Intersections" conference on leadership at Kennesaw State University.
April 18	Executive Breakfast Forum featuring Mr. Gerald Grinstein, chairman and CEO of Delta Air Lines.  7:30 - 9:00 a.m. at the downtown Atlanta Capital City Club.
April 20	Preview screening of Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room, followed by an informal panel discussion.  7:30 p.m.
April 21	Presentation by Dr. Knapp to UPS corporate compliance committee.

April 29-30	Candidate Training Project, an intensive program for first-time candidates for public office in Georgia.  Conducted in partnership with Kennesaw State University's A. L. Burruss Institute of Public Service and  RTM Institute for Leadership, Ethics and Character, and Clark Atlanta University's Southern Center for Studies in Public Policy.

November 7	Briefing for a delegation of international officials from 12 countries.  At the request of the U.S. State Department, the institute conducted a session on how government and business institutions in the United States understand and manage ethics.  Countries represented at the briefing were Bangladesh, Djibouti, Eritrea, Kenya, Lebanon, Malawi, Malaysia, Mexico, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia and Montenegro, and the Slovak Republic.
November 15	Ethics Orientation Workshop for Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, in partnership with Kennesaw State University's RTM Institute for Leadership, Ethics & Character.
November 15	Member Appreciation Luncheon for supporters of The Southern Institute, hosted by Georgia Power Company.

November 29	Annual gala and ceremony to present the 2005 Ethics Advocate Award.  The Carter Presidential Center, Atlanta.
November 30	Leading with Integrity luncheon featuring Ms. Karen Katen, vice chairman of Pfizer Inc. and president of Pfizer Human Health, on ethics in the pharmaceutical industry. Responsible for managing nearly $50 billion in global revenues, she ranks 9th on Fortune's list of the most powerful women in business.  Conducted in cooperation with Atlanta's Commerce Club.
