The ability to understand the financial implications of business decisions is essential for success. This program gives a comprehensive overview of the economic, financial and accounting concepts that are crucial to meeting business challenges. Participants learn financial skills that will help them communicate more effectively with others in the areas of finance and accounting and also learn how to apply financial concepts to enhance value-creating strategies – making them a more effective part of a management team.
