Rabianski specializes in real estate market analysis, location analysis and income property appraisal. He is the co-author of Principles of Real Estate Decisions, Applied Real Estate Market Analysis, Shopping Center Appraisal and Analysis, and Managing Corporate Real Estate. Rabianski has published articles in several journals, including The Appraisal Journal, Real Estate Issues, Real Estate Review, The Real Estate Law Journal, The Journal of Real Estate Research, Real Estate Economics, The Journal of Regional Science, Growth and Change, and The Journal of Human Resources.
