Diaz specializes in real estate investment analysis, real estate appraisal, quantitative methods for real estate analysis and in behavioral research in real estate. He has published articles in both academic and professional outlets including Real Estate Economics, The Journal of Real Estate Literature, The Journal of Real Estate Research and The Appraisal Journal. He is a special editor and member of the editorial board for the Journal of Property Valuation and Investment.
