Ron Guymon joined the Robinson College of Business faculty in 2009. Prior to that, he taught at the Olin School of Business (Washington University in St. Louis) as a Visiting Assistant Professor, and the Tippie College of Business (University of Iowa) while working on his PhD. Professor Guymon’s research interests include how accounting information influences and facilitates business decisions with a specific focus on cost effective ways to motivate high levels of performance and teamwork. Professor Guymon, who is originally from Utah, received a PhD in Business Management (emphasis in accounting) from the University of Iowa; and a Master and Bachelor degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University.
