Roberto Nogueira is a Professor in the Strategy, Organizations, and Information Systems Department of the The COPPEAD Graduate School of Business of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, where he has been teaching since 1983. Professor Nogueira holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP), an MBA from COPPEAD, and a BS both in Economics and in Computer Science from the Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). He is an active consultant for several major public and private organizations in the area of strategy and business process redesign. Professor Nogueira has published three books and has several national and international publications in his field.
