A unique partnership between the metro Atlanta-based technology company and the Robinson College of Business (RCB) has resulted in the delivery of on-site education to the sprawling Scientific-Atlanta campus. Twice a week, 40 employee-students leave their workstations at 5 p.m. and report to a state-of-the-art training room at Scientific-Atlanta's corporate headquarters. There they attend classes leading to an MBA - the same MBA earned by students attending classes at RCB's downtown campus. Soon, RCB personnel also will begin delivering leadership training as part of a three-pronged initiative that, in addition. sees the company annually nominate an employee for RCB's Executive MBA or GEM (Global Electronic Commerce Masters) program.

I don't know of any other like it in Atlanta, or perhaps even throughout the country,'' said Brian Koenig, senior vice president of human resources for the worldwide organization.
