Robinson's MBA 10 for 10

For the tenth straight year Robinson's MBA program has been ranked by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top 10 part-time programs in the nation. The college advances to the sixth position (second among public universities) on this list of top picks of business school deans and MBA directors. Robinson is the only business school in the South to make the top 10.

In addition, Robinson's information systems program (MIS) ranked tenth (fifth among public universities) in the nation.

The College shares the top 10 honors with New York University (Stern), University of Chicago, Northwestern University (Kellogg), University of California, Los Angeles (Anderson), University of Southern California (Marshall), University of California Ð Berkeley (Haas), DePaul University (Kellstadt), University of Michigan (Ross) and the University of Maryland - College Park (Smith).

In a separate ranking, the College has been named one of the top 100 schools in the nation for entrepreneurship by Entrepreneur magazine. This is the third consecutive year that the College's Herman J. Russell, Sr. International Center for Entrepreneurship has been recognized by the magazine.

GRAD STUDENTS TAKE HOME THE GOLD

A team of five Robinson students came in first place in the 2005 Student Awards Program - graduate category, held by the Georgia Product Development & Management Association. The competition, open to individual students and teams from schools in Georgia and the surrounding area, is designed to foster and recognize outstanding undergraduate and graduate student efforts in the area of new product development.

Sumedh Chaudhary, Ana Guzman, Michelle Sloan, Todd Carson and Steve Witmer, led by faculty advisor, Naveen Donthu, submitted the winning graduate paper and received a $1,000 scholarship.
