Robinson College Announces 2003 Business Hall of Fame Honorees  

February 13, 2003 (ATLANTA, GA) -- Developer John Aderhold, a leader in the redevelopment of Atlanta for over forty years; J. Veronica Biggins, Senior Partner of Heidrick & Struggles; and James H. Blanchard, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Synovus have been named to Georgia State University's 2003 Business Hall of Fame.

Celebrating its 19th year, the Business Hall of Fame provides the highest recognition given by the college to business leaders for their efforts in advancing the principles of the free market system while serving Atlanta's national and international business communities.

"John Aderhold, Veronica Biggins and Jim Blanchard are examples of what true leadership is all about," said Sidney Harris, dean of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business.  "While their business achievements are numerous and speak for themselves we are also proud to recognize each of them for their contributions to the community through their many civic and charitable endeavors.  We are honored to welcome them to the Business Hall of Fame."

The 2003 Business Hall of Fame, co-sponsored by the Robinson College and Bank of America, will recognize its newest honorees at an event at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead on Tuesday May 6.
