"Apprentice 2" Candidate Wes Moss; Atlanta Journal's Maria Saporta Among Speakers Coming to Robinson
September 1, 2005 (Atlanta) - Wes Moss, entrepreneur and one of the candidates vying for a position with Donald Trump's organization during the second season of NBC's "Apprentice," and Maria Saporta, business columnist for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution will join other executives from some of Atlanta's top companies during the Fall 2005 edition of the Atlanta Business Leaders Speakers Series at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
The series kicks off of on Tuesday, September 13 at 4:30 p.m. at Georgia State University's Alpharetta Center. The first speaker is Michael Stolorena, chief compliance officer for Scientific Atlanta.
The Speakers' Series, launched last year, provides students and alums with an opportunity to meet and hear presentations from executives with Atlanta's top companies and other business leaders. Past speakers have included Ben DeCosta, Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson General Manager; Jeff Dunn, former president of Coca-Cola North America; and Mario Concha, president of the chemical division for Georgia-Pacific.
Other speakers scheduled for Fall include Richard Bowers, president of Richard Bowards and Company; Michael Troy, vice president of human resources for Siemens; and David Dodd, president and CEO of Serilogicals Corporation.
