Robinson College Hosts 17th Annual Conference on Financial Economics and Accounting

November 8, 2006 (ATLANTA) –  The J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University will host the 17th Annual Conference on Financial Economics and Accounting (FEA) November 17th - 18th at the University's Aderhold Learning Center.

The FEA is a consortium of joint financial and accounting programs Robinson and Indiana University (Kelley) , USC (Marshall) , University of Texas at Austin (McCombs), NYU (Stern), Rutgers University, SUNY Buffalo, University of Maryland (Smith) and the University of North Carolina (Kenan-Flagler).

Katherine Schipper, Thomas Keller Professor of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business will be the keynote speaker.

Robinson professors Lawrence Brown, J. Mack Robinson Distinguished Professor of Accounting and Jayant Kale, Board of Advisors Professor of Global Financial Markets, are the program chairs for this year's event.
