U.S. News Ranks Robinson's MBA Program Among Top 10 in the Nation for 12th Consecutive Year

March 30, 2007 - (ATLANTA, GA) - For the twelfth straight year the M.B.A. program at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University has been ranked by U.S.News & World Report's survey as one of the top ten part-time programs in the nation. In its 2008 survey, the magazine ranks the college eighth (fourth in the nation among public universities) on the list of top picks by business school deans and M.B.A. directors. Additionally, Robinson ranks as the only business school in the Southeast to make the top 10.

Robinson's Information Systems program was also ranked for the fifth consecutive year among the top 10 programs in its category (10th) and the College's Institute of Health Administration was ranked among the top programs for healthcare management (34th).

"We are extremely grateful for the recognition that these rankings provide and we are again proud to be part of the 10 foremost part-time programs in the U.S. for working professionals," said H. Fenwick Huss, dean of the Robinson College of Business. "With programs for working professionals continuing to grow in prominence and market share this ranking takes on greater significance year after year."

The rankings are included in the magazine's annual special edition guidebook titled "America's Best Graduate Schools." The guidebook and the magazine (April 9th issue) containing excerpts from the guide will be available on newsstands Monday, April 2.The expanded online rankings are currently available at www.usnews.com.

Approximately 1500 students are enrolled in Robinson's MBA program. The College's flexible program allows working professionals to finish their degrees in two to five years.
