Novell Login Procedures

Can't log into our network?  The most common reasons are listed below. After checking them, if you still aren't able to login, call RCBSS at 404-413-7100.
  1. Look at the "Workstation only" box to ensure that there is NOT a check mark in the box.
  2. Double check that you are using the correct Username and the correct Password.
  3. Check to make sure that your PC network cable is not loose or disconnected from the back of your PC or the wall jack.
