3.  Import Favorites.

3a.  Start Internet Explorer.

3b.  Select the <File> menu then select <Import and Export...>.

3c.  On the next screen, Click <Next>.

3d. Select <Import Favorites> and Click <Next>.
3e.  Select <Import from a File or Address> and enter the path and name of the file where you saved the favorites in step (1f). Click <Next>.
3f.  Select the root folder where you would like to import the favorites and click <Next>.  To merge the old and new favorites, import at the root as shown below.

3g.  On the next screen, Click <Finish>.

3h.  The Success Dialog appears.  Click <OK>.
