Word of Advise and Point of Information
If you choose to take the College semester hour option at Georgia State University you may have to individually prepare yourself in several important areas that are not taught in the RE 3010 course. Generally, the relevant issues of Georgia License Law and Real Estate Commission Rules are not taught in RE 3010. Specifically, individual instructors will give different levels of attention to fair housing legislation, contracts, leases, agency, and the closing process. The student will need to undertake the study of the differential coverage of these topics.
